Jan Du Preez

Our esteemed Managing Member, Jan (Yawn) Du Preez, boasts an impressive background in the Armed Forces of South Africa, where he dutifully served for 16 years as a Conventional Mechanized Infantry Officer, ultimately retiring with the rank of Major. He was subsequently recruited to Ghana, West Africa, where he excelled as the Vice President of Facilities and Security for the Trasacco Group of Companies. Throughout his tenure, he served as a Security Specialist for a total of 13 companies, while also assuming the position of Managing Director of a Facilities Management Company. It was there that he met his wife, Sheree, a distinguished Education Leadership Specialist. Together, they journeyed to Dubai, UAE, where Jan continued to provide invaluable consulting services to schools, facilities, and businesses, specializing in the areas of Security, Leadership, and Project Management. In 2018, their adventures led them to Georgia, USA, where they could be closer to family and embark on new ventures. Jan has already made a significant impact in his new home, serving as a valuable member of various security teams for esteemed Artists and in the film industry.
